Laura Saloom, Parent
We came to CLA three weeks after the start of the school year in 2009 with my son as a new fifth grader. Christian Life was not a place that we were initially considering because I honestly did not know much about it, even having grown up in Baton Rouge. After being taken on a tour of the entire school, I was completely amazed with what I saw. Everyone we walked past had a kind word and made us feel welcome, students and teachers alike. Peeking in doors, I saw well-run classrooms with diligent, well-behaved students, and this was not a day that was set aside for tours.
I cannot adequately explain how wonderful CLA has been for us. The faculty are familiar with every child and call them each by name; it really is a family atmosphere.
My daughter joined CLA this year and couldn't be happier. It is such a wonderful feeling to drop your children off every day at a place where they feel comfortable and loved. No one in the administration is ever too busy to address your concerns. Not every school is like that. Christian Life is unique. We are very fortunate to be a part of it.
