Favorite Scripture:
Philippians 2:3-8 "Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others. Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross."

Bio/Testimony: CLA has truly been a huge part of my life since I first began attending school here in 2001. I graduated from CLA in 2007 and went on to obtain my degree from LSU in English - Secondary Ed. in 2011. After thinking my days at CLA were long gone, God called me back to teach English in summer school that June and later in August for the regular school year. It was at that time that I met my husband, Aaron Nasers, who was coaching Cross Country and Track & Field. We were engaged by February 2012 and married in June 2012. I am so grateful for CLA and that God led me back here not only to meet my husband, but also to teach such fantastic students and be a part of such an incredible school!
